CSCL tools to Moodle

My opinion is that Moodle is (still) missing proper knowledge building tools. I have proposed in the Moodle developer lists that we could work together to build Knowledge Building tool to Moodle. I am waiting for people to get interested in it.

I see that one huge problem with Moodle is - when it comes to social constructivism learning and CSCL - that within some great collaborative tools there are some very strange tools that I would claim to be harmful in learning. The multiple-choice engine is a good example of a such.

I am Moodle user myself. I see that with Moodle you can build up very nice learning environment for distant learning this is for what I am using it. Still it is hardly CSCL environment.
