Moodle

Hello, I am curious, what do You think about MOODLE (http://moodle.org ). Why isn't it mentioned on this site.

It is quite similar to FLE - based on social constructivism (so collaboration --> CSCL). And, imo, it has several advantages: is PHP-based -- very easy to install -- so every newbie-admin can play around with it has good support community all over the world and lots of modules (http://moodle.org/download/modules/), for individual wor and assesment as well as for collaborative. * is very popular and constantly growing (http://moodle.org/sites/ ) VLE and Moodle comparison in detail: http://edutools.info/course/compare/compare.jsp?product=234,74

ps.: is there any statistics of who are using the apps proposed on this site?
