Ideas? What could we propose?

the European Commission has launched two new Calls for Proposals for Preparatory and Innovative Actions under the eLearning Initiative. The Calls were published on the 19th of July and the deadline for the submission of proposals is the 22nd of September 2003.

Do you think that the euro-cscl.org community could propose something to the call? Any ideas?
